By booking a rental, using our website, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Services Provided
Renter Miami provides vehicle rental services, including short-term and long-term car rentals, optional add-ons (such as insurance coverage or accessories), and related customer support.
All rentals are subject to vehicle availability and verification of eligibility (including valid driver’s license, payment method, and security deposit).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
2. Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations may be made online, via phone, or in person.
Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.
Renter Miami reserves the right to cancel reservations in cases of fraud suspicion, non-payment, or driver ineligibility.
3. Pricing & Payment
Rental rates are subject to change without notice. The final price depends on the selected vehicle, rental duration, location, and any add-ons or insurance options.
Full payment and a refundable security deposit (if applicable) are required at the time of vehicle pickup.
Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other forms as specified on our website.
Renter Miami reserves the right to charge additional fees for tolls, traffic violations, vehicle damage, fuel replacement, or late returns.
4. Vehicle Use & Responsibility
Renters must:
Be of legal driving age and hold a valid driver’s license.
Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
Refrain from allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Renter Miami is not responsible for fines, penalties, loss, or damages incurred due to negligent or illegal use of the vehicle.
You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear and tear.
5. Warranty & Liability
Renter Miami strives to ensure that all vehicles are in safe, operable condition at the time of rental.
However, we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by law.
We are not liable for:
Personal injury, lost profits, or incidental/consequential damages
Delays caused by maintenance issues, weather, or third-party circumstances
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, logos, images, videos, and designs—is the property of Renter Miami and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Renter Miami, you agree to receive text messages regarding:
Booking confirmations and reminders
Vehicle return notifications
Service updates, promotions, or offers
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message.
After you send “STOP,” you’ll receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
To re-enroll, you may opt in again through our website or booking process.
